The serve staying low and traveling right over the top of the net gives the opponents little time to adjust. Her control on the ball gives her team an advantage and she is able to make the serve receivers move around. Each serve Parker sends over is different than the one before leaving no room for expectations. After serving she is quick to get into her base and works defensively to protect the serve. Focusing on her contact, she creates a powerful float serve that continues to move in the air. Her control allows her to place the ball in open areas on the court or target weaker passers ranking up aces and points for the team. Her passing and defense helps her team make big plays offensively as well. Pinnow never stops moving and hustles for every ball. Her platform control and fast angles place the ball on top of her setters head. In the front row, Pinnow's high contact and fast swing make it hard for her opponents to defend. Volkmann's defense keeps the rally going and allows for more success by her teammates. Jensen is always ready defensively in case the opponents send the ball back.
