Big South 14U Live: Pins Learning to Carry the Offense

In the 14U division at Big South, outside hitters are beginning to take on the responsibility of leading the offense. Whether in system or out of system, these players are learning how to stay aggressive, control their approach, and find ways to score. While consistency is still developing, effort, confidence, and willingness to swing are key at this stage. These hitters stood out for how they embraced that role and continued to compete point to point.    Amelia shows strong effort on the outside and stays engaged throughout rallies. She works to approach the ball consistently and remains aggressive when given opportunities. Her willingness to swing helps keep the offense moving. Amelia is building confidence as a pin hitter. ~ Samantha Fitzgerald @BenchtoBeast_prepdigga     Kallie brings energy to the outside and does a good job staying active in transition. She continues to make herself available for swings and works to stay aggressive. Her effort helps maintain offensive pressure. Kallie is developing her timing and approach control. ~ Samantha Fitzgerald @BenchtoBeast_prepdigga     Pearson brings a confident presence to the outside and does a good job staying aggressive. She approaches consistently and works to generate controlled swings. Her ability to stay involved helps maintain rhythm. Pearson is continuing to develop as a go-to option. ~ Samantha Fitzgerald @BenchtoBeast_prepdigga     Sadie shows a strong willingness to swing and stays engaged offensively. She works to adjust to different set locations and continues to attack when opportunities are there. Her effort stands out, especially in longer rallies. Sadie is growing into her role on the pin. ~ Samantha Fitzgerald @BenchtoBeast_prepdigga     Linley shows good awareness on the outside and stays engaged throughout play. She works to stay available in transition and continues to attack when given opportunities. Her consistency helps support the offense. Linley contributes to steady pin production. ~ Samantha Fitzgerald @BenchtoBeast_prepdigga     Brielle brings strong energy and does a good job staying active across rotations. She continues to attack and stays aggressive even when plays are not perfect. Her effort helps keep the offense moving. Brielle is developing confidence as an outside hitter. ~ Samantha Fitzgerald @BenchtoBeast_prepdigga    Outside hitters at this level are learning how to balance aggression with control, and these players showed growth in that process. Their willingness to swing, stay engaged, and compete through imperfect situations helped their teams stay active offensively. As they continue to develop, that confidence and consistency will become even more impactful.
