Likely Increased Impact Next Fall Among these Prospects

Kirby led Firelands' offense in 2025 at 2.9 k/s as the Falcons when 13-1 in conference play. She finished top six offensively in Lorain County play while also sharing the setting duties for a 3.5 a/s effort in helping produce offensive success in multiple ways for her team. This overall effort earned hers a first team all-conference honor. The 5'5 DS/L is quick and rangy in her effort to be able to keep the ball off the court. She can settle in and absorb hard driven balls with her platform or use her first step to run or dive to make a big play. She has been big for Sheridan for the past two seasons with 2025 being a career best with a 15.3 d/m averaged. Heading to her senior season she has 668 total digs. Competing primarily in an offensive role for Black River, Czarny earned a career high 223 kills for a 2.7 k/s average. Having spent time in a setting role, she improved her offensive impact in 2025 with a confident mindset to get up and swing aggressively as a 5'5 attacker. Earning all-league honorable mention honors in 2025, she has 362 kills, 344 digs 266 assists heading into her senior season next fall. Dieter finished second overall offensively with a total of 222 kills for Black River. Through this breakout season, she also added 12.0 d/m and 56 service aces. The first team all-conference selection averaged 2.7 k/s to co-lead the Pirates' offense. With versatile offensive tools to score from the pin, as a middle, or from the back row, she competes with a lot of energy that can ignite her team. There is some good potential to Gallion's game in large part to her 6'2 frame, the experience she gained in 2025, and that she has two more years to develop and building upon her foundation. She has long range when hitting and defending and if her movement can make gains in quickness and more assertive action to drive herself up off the floor, she'll increase her touch point and be even more effective overall.
