Very athletic and intense at the net, she was dominant on both sides of the ball and had a major role in the team's successful campaign in the event. Voskuhl was very good offensively, hitting different sets with tremendous power and efficiency, and also did great work with her blocking, always being alert to deal with overpasses and oversets. A very physical player, she made the most of her superior athleticism to impact the game at the net. Kone's impressive vertical gave her an edge on offense and she also showed impressive firepower in her right arm to put the ball down at a good rate. A tall and long player, she also stood out for her impressive mobility at the net. Douglas was very quick at getting to the pins and needed no time to get her arms above the net, getting many block touches when playing defense. One of the tallest players on the team, she was an important offensive weapon for them, getting set very often in the middle. Staples made good use of her high contact point and showed nice resources at the net, swinging the ball into different directions with great precision and efficiency.
