Seven Peoria Power Play Players Who Were Ballin’ Out

<!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>I attended the Peoria Power Play tournament where there were a plethora of talent. I had a chance to view a lot of players in the 15 and 16 year old girls divisions. The tournament saw teams from Illinois, Wisconsin, Iowa, Missouri and more. Really snaps the ball and gets great velocity on her hits. I watched her in the 15s championship game and semi finals get some big kills. She can hit it down the line or cross court on you. Good lift on her vertical but a rocket for an arm. She has a cannon for an arm and saw her get some kills with it! OH who the team used everywhere on the floor to try and use her talent. Good vertical and great swing. She can swing from anywhere on the court. She is all of 6ft 3 with a long wing span as well. I watched her get a handful of blocks using that length at the net. She is someone to watch out for. Can tell she has a huge upside and is already making plays on the court. Has good timing and a nice swing and will only keep getting better. Moved well laterally. I saw her get the Championship game point ace to win the 16s division. She has soft hands when is setting in her rotation. She can set with pace, quick hits, back sets you name it. Reliable server who can zone serve and hit her marks. She caught my eye in serve receive passing some perfects 3s to her setter. Than I saw her scoop up a couple of nice digs in the back row. She seemed to have a good nose for the ball and where it was going. Good size OH with a good all around game. I saw her get numerous kills with different shots. She makes all the swings at the net. Can hit with power or hit it down the line. Has a good reach on her swings getting down on the ball. I saw her make some powerful swings. She has a strong build and you can see it in her vertical and swing. Watched her get some kills and make some plays on defense. Made some nice tips as well where needed but is there to put a hard swing on that ball. Saw a lot of the top team play and you could see why they were in the championship games or close to playing in them.
