This weekend was the Southern Challenge here in Tulsa. We are going to focus on the team that went a perfect 12-0 in sets on the weekend. Peak 17-2 coming in as the 4th seed overall. There were plenty of close sets but this team knows exactly how to close it out in the clutch. They had a really tightly contested set 1 with Charge Tulsa 17 Select that ended 25-23 but they really opened it up in set 2. They won 25-15 in that set and claimed the Southern Challenge title. Let's take a look at some of the talented players on this team.

[player_tooltip player_id='752794' first='Prielle' last='Larison']- Let's start with a duo of passers in the back row. Prielle is a legit defensive player who really makes life tough on opposing servers and hitters. She also possesses a solid serve that helps spark runs. She plays at the powerhouse 6A school, Edmond North. Do not fall asleep on this 2027 passer who is a top 50 overall recruit.

[player_tooltip player_id='750955' first='Ella' last='Kate Starke']- Ella is also a part of this extremely deep 2027 class of passers. She plays for Norman high and has been pivotal in the resurrection of that Tiger program. The range she can cover in transition is next level stuff. What a 1-2 punch this Peak team has in the back row. Ella would be an awesome pick up for a local college.

[player_tooltip player_id='740460' first='Peyton' last='Williams']- Peyton is hard hitting player out of Norman North high. She has been one of the main scoring options for that program for what feels to be 5 years now. She is the type of player who can play on either pin and be a very effective option. She is a 2027 top 40 overall player for a reason.

[player_tooltip player_id='752792' first='Adelade' last='Ball']- Adelade really had some growth over the past 365 and started to come into her own. She is someone who has really started to take hold of her skills and has the ability to play a variety of positions and systems. Look for her to have a really solid senior season along side Peyton at NN.

[player_tooltip player_id='752601' first='Reese' last='Noller']- Reese had a explosive year at Edmond North this past school season. Her net play is dangerous and she will be a force this upcoming year too. This peak team has a cornerstone offensively to build on. Her versatility and intangibles are on full display each time she is out on the court.

[player_tooltip player_id='846059' first='Olivia' last='Bartel']- Olivia may be a 2028 but she is plenty seasoned and loves to compete with the best of the best. She also has a huge powerful swing and can rack up points in a hurry if left unchecked. She is also someone who could be pivotal in an Edmond North playoff run.

We are coming down the homestretch of the club season. Teams and players are really coming together and started to peak. It will be an exciting finish as May gets closer. A multitude of teams have already punched their ticket to nationals. Who's next?!
