Who Was Hot At The LUV St Paddy's Day Bash

The LUV St Paddy's Day Bash in Lexington was held over a few local venues which revealed great prospects! We love to get eyes on new talent, different clubs and all ages. It was great to see deep talent in all pools, we picked out a few athletes the caught our attention playing with enthusiasm, and dedication on the court!    Gisele (pictured) is an exciting prospect to watch with solid play being a full rotation player. She brings a ton of athleticism to the court with grittiness and enthusiasm. She shows excellent court IQ and is all in on the court throwing it down. She has a super strong left handed swing which she can unload cross court with excellent placement getting good contact with a fantastic downward drive, adjusting herself quickly and efficiently to any set, tight or off the net. She moves easily up and down the net closing off the block with good timing and reach. She will lay herself out to dig in the back row and gets hard balls up and playable with her readiness. With a super serve to compliment her tool box she is a must have on the court player. She supports her teammates well and is a coachable athlete on the court. We loved all aspect of her play, she will make an impact at the next level! Gamechanger, and our tournament pick!     Ruby was playing up when we caught her game but she more then fit in, she caught attention. A talented young player with flashes of maturity in her play that will take her a long way! She has a great clean swing with super mechanics, stemming from a nice attack with good footwork and arm swing. She is energetic and light on her feet with a great vertical. She passes up accurately with a good platform and controlled contact. She took direction on the court well and will be an asset to any team. A future star no doubt!     Rebekah brings size and a ton of talent to the court. She is imposing at the net and forces the opposition to tip or set the pins. She gets on top of balls with her height and creates big kills with driving downward balls. Rebekah has a great swing with a good attack and is quick on her attack with fast footwork. She can absolutely destroy an overpass has excellent placement getting balls deep into the corners or down the line. She can stuff balls with good force and tips with good placement. She has a strong serve to add to her arsenal of tools and covers well. She is a weapon on the court.     Karly has stepped into the role of setter and excelled at it. With great hands and accurate sets, she is an asset to her team. She is confident and calm on the court adjusting herself quickly to get under the ball and make smooth sets to pins or the middle. She utilizes a beautiful backset with control and accuracy and can set to the middle just as effectively showing good judgment in reading the defense at the net. She will hustle to get to the ball from a bad up and turn the play around. She has excellent enthusiasm and plays to win. She supports her teammates and is crafty how she runs the court! Loved her play!     Laura is going up the ladder with talent that is developing. She has a clean natural swing with a good wrist snap that she can dial in showing good control. She adjusts herself quicky off the net to get a good attack and shows good court IQ in moving with the play. She can get up for the block with good timing and reach and swings equally well from either pin to make good contact with the ball. She can pass up accurately and has fast reactions to cover her teammates well or dig for an up. She has a great serve and shows that she is committed to all plays. She is enthusiastic and takes coaches direction well. One to keep tabs on!
