Ruchti's defensive range and willingness to pursue every ball highlight her motor and commitment to the position. Putting her in the center of Libero talk, is her back row attacking ability. Over and over, teams could not defend her. She remains composed in transition and works hard to put her hitters in favorable situations. As she continues to build strength and quickness, her defensive impact will only grow.
