The 15s division at Madness in Miltown was loaded with emerging talent, and this group of athletes is ready to leave a lasting impression. Each brings a unique presence to the court, combining skill, IQ, and competitive drive that elevates their team. From steady ball control to dynamic attacking, these players represent the depth and future of the game.

Reese Ryan | Setter | Chicago Elite React
Reese Ryan runs an offense with a level of confidence that immediately stands out. She does an excellent job of controlling tempo, making smart decisions that put her hitters in strong scoring positions. Her hands are clean and quick, allowing her to deliver hittable balls from a variety of situations, even when the pass isn't perfect. Reese also shows a strong understanding of reading blockers and spreading the offense effectively.

[player_tooltip player_id='787267' first='Kylee' last='Borri'] | Libero | [program_tooltip program_id='431537' first='Midwest' last='Penguins'] 15-1
[player_tooltip player_id='787267' first='Kylee' last='Borri'] anchors the back row with a perfect platform, nearly every time. She reads hitters well, allowing her to anticipate and position herself for high-quality defensive plays. Because her passing platform is steady, giving her setters the consistency needed to run a balanced offense. Kylee doesn't shy away from tough serves, instead stepping in confidently to handle pressure situations. I may go as far to say she was my favorite player to watch during this tournament. She brought pure grit and loads of energy. She plays with urgency and isn't afraid to lay out for balls, turning difficult plays into opportunities. Her serve receive is dependable, helping stabilize the first contact and giving her offense a chance to operate efficiently. Kennedy also excels in transition, quickly resetting and preparing for the next play. She demonstrates strong instincts, often being in the right place at the right time. Her hustle is contagious, lifting the overall intensity of her team's defense. Expect her to be involved in some serious conversations in the upcoming years.

Elsa Meyer | OH | [program_tooltip program_id='431539' first='414' last='Milwaukee Elite'] 15 Blue
Elsa Meyer is a versatile outside hitter who impacts the game in multiple phases. Offensively, she brings a smart approach, mixing shots and placement to keep defenders guessing. She has the ability to terminate when given a clean look, while also staying composed in out-of-system situations. Elsa contributes in serve receive, showing the all-around skill set coaches value at the pin. Defensively, she tracks the ball well and is willing to put in the work on every rally. Her court awareness allows her to make adjustments and find ways to score. With her balanced game, she's a steady force for her team!

[player_tooltip player_id='875332' first='Lucy' last='Sheppard'] | OH | [program_tooltip program_id='431537' first='Midwest' last='Penguins']
[player_tooltip player_id='875332' first='Lucy' last='Sheppard'] brings a strong attacking presence on the outside, combining power with a developing shot selection. She is aggressive in transition, ready to take big swings and challenge opposing blocks. Her ability to generate offense in key moments makes her a go-to option for her team. Lucy continues to grow in her all-around game, contributing in passing and showing increased consistency in first contact. Defensively, she works to stay engaged and support her teammates across the court. Her competitive mindset is evident, as she embraces big points and high-pressure situations. As she continues to refine her game, her impact will only expand. The sky is the limit for this [program_tooltip program_id='431537' first='Midwest' last='Penguins'] team!

This group showcases the well-rounded talent present in the 15s division, with each athlete bringing something different to the court.
