Not just in flashes—but consistently enough that you start to take notice. These are players who are beginning to separate from their peers, not just with production, but with how they handle the game. And what makes this group even more intriguing—they're doing it at 14 while already bringing 6'0+ size to the court.   What stands out is how early some of these skills are showing up. You're seeing outsides adjust to off sets and still find ways to score, setters making decisions instead of just delivering the ball, and defenders controlling touches instead of just reacting. There's a level of comfort in their game that, paired with their physical presence, puts them on a different trajectory. As the season has gone on, these are the players that keep putting themselves in the conversation—and heading into summer, they're only going to gain more attention.    Kiki Wright is one of the most dynamic athletes in this group, and her impact comes from her ability to control the match in multiple roles at a high level. I watched her command the offense as a setter—dictating tempo, delivering with consistency, and making confident, high-IQ decisions—and then transition seamlessly to the pin where she became a true scoring threat. That kind of versatility doesn't just add value, it changes how teams have to defend and prepare. She's not rotating through positions—she's influencing outcomes from both. Her selection to the USAV NTDP reinforces what shows on film and in live play—Wright is operating at an elite level for her class and continues to separate as a high-impact, multi-dimensional athlete. ~Theresa@prepdigdakotas   Top Skill: Elite Versatility & Offensive Command – the ability to run an offense and terminate makes her one of the most complete players in this group.     Eisley Johnson brings a physical, aggressive approach to both pins that's hard to slow down. Watching her, she's not hesitant—she's attacking with purpose and looking to score every time she gets a swing. What stood out was her ability to stay terminal, even when the set wasn't perfect, finding ways to work around the block and still apply pressure. She's a hitter who wants the ball and embraces those moments. ~Theresa@prepdigdakotas   Top Skill: Terminal Attacking Range – the ability to score from either pin, in and out of system, gives her a clear edge. Her approach is clean, her timing is advanced, and she consistently stays composed through contact, allowing her to make high-level swing decisions instead of forcing plays. I watched her manage rallies with purpose—finding ways to be efficient, not just aggressive. What separates her even more is that she doesn't rush the game; she lets it develop and responds with confidence. That level of control at this stage is rare.
