Adamski has a complete skill set and she showed it during the first day of action. She plays six rotations and does a little bit of everything as she moves around the floor. As a primary attacker and passer, she also will set in one rotation on the first ball, showing good range of offensive distribution to set the middle or to the pin. As a hitter, she showed good fortitude to bounce back from an error by staying aggressive and making adjustments to be successful. TVC 16 Black went 3-0 to win Pool C.

At 6'3, Weakley does not go unnoticed as she makes her way across the front row through her three offensive rotations. Seeing her primarily playing on the right side, she can swing from the left and middle as well. At opposite though, with a high contact point, she provided good impact to create balance in their offense from both sides of the court. As well, what she can provide physically as a blocker was also imposing at times as she took care of opposing hitters without question a few times.

Perin (*pictured) continues to impress this club season. With each event she looks more confident, aggressive and fluid from the left side of the court. The gains she is making physically are noticeable and paying off for her individually and for her team. When her arm speed, control, and range were aligned, she overpowered the block in front of her well. She and her [program_tooltip program_id='431829' first='Athlete' last='HQ'] team finished 1-1 in pool play and followed that up with a crossover win to keep them among the top finishing teams from day one into day two.

Next 16 Blue finished 2-1 and 2nd in pool play on day one as Steele contributed through good distribution of their offense and with her arm. Splitting time as a setter for a few rotations and as an attacker in the front row, she made an impact in a variety of ways. In a key win over their pool's second seeded team, she defended well at the net to send the block back, score with aggressiveness and touch, and located the ball well for her teammates to take good swings at the pins and in the middle.

[program_tooltip program_id='431711' first='Boss' last='CLE'] 16-1 finished day one unbeaten as they collectively displayed good control of match flow for the majority of the morning. And when they dropped a set in their final match, they bounced back and dominated in set three to claim the pool. Hueter was one of multiple members of this team that stood out. Her physical presence as a middle is imposing as she established herself at the net at the start of the point. Then, when they were in rhythm and got her the ball through quick options and on the slide, she found success through her aggressive arm swing, scoring through space or by tooling the block

Don't sleep on this Cincy Crush 16-1 team, especially with McGeady running the show. They finished 3-0, dropping one set, as they got good offensive contributions from multiple arms. McGeady created some of those quality chances through her hands and platform in system and in pursuit of a broken play from a bad pass. Her game face is one of confidence and composure to fulfill her role effectively and be the leader every team needs from the setting position.
