She led the division in total kills with 271 for a 3.1 k/s average. She also added nearly 10 digs per match, solidifying her as well-rounded prospect that will be impacting the league for a few more years heading into her sophmore season. Her first season as the the primary setter led to a 9.4 a/s average as the Warriors finished 20-5 overall, 8-2 in league play and atop the standings. She contributed in other ways as well as a team leader in total service aces with 51 while picking up 4.5 d/m. </p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='807934' first='Faith' last='Vencill']</strong> - 2027 | OH | Edgewood<br>Vencill was the county Player of the Year and 1st team all-Ohio in DIV after earning a career high 473 total kills in a single season in 2025. This launched her to a career total of 1,210 kills heading into her senior season. She also led Edgewood with 75 service aces as she has a live arm that is aggressive and efficient. With 181 career aces, her 11.0 d/m in 2025 arrived her at 1,054 career digs. </p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='845282' first='Brooklyn' last='Schmidt']</strong> - 2027 | OH | Fairview<br>The junior right side hitter had a big 2025 offensively as she terminated 272 total kills for a 3.5 k/s average to lead Fairview's offense. Seeing much more opportunity to swing than any of her teammates, Schmidt was impressive in her efficiency at .327 and a 44% kill rate. One of her best attributes offensively is her ability to get her feet to the ball to help her maximize what she can do to get up and swing aggressively. </p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><strong>Cali Hughes</strong> - 2027 | MH | Madison<br>A 5'9 middle, Hughes made a big impact in 2025, especially on the defensive side. Her Madison team competes in the Lake division, in which she led the all athletes with 79 total blocks for a 3.8 b/m average. On the offensive side, she was second overall on the team at 1.4 k/s, showing her ability to impact the game on both sides of the ball. </p> <!-- /wp:paragraph -->
