USA Division 16s: Os Creating Balance and Offensive Pressure

As the outside hitter group rounds out, this final set of players showed the ability to contribute through steady effort and continued offensive pressure. At the 16s USA level, players who can remain composed while still being aggressive create the most value. This group did a strong job staying available and contributing to their teams' offensive flow.    Lane shows strong effort and does a good job staying available in transition. She works to control her approach and generate clean contact when given opportunities. Her consistency helps support offensive rhythm. Lane contributes to dependable pin play. ~ Samantha Fitzgerald @BenchtoBeast_prepdigga     Sydney brings a confident offensive approach and does a good job staying engaged across rotations. She works to adjust to the set and continues to swing with intent. Her ability to stay active helps keep the offense flowing. She works to maintain approach control and generate consistent swings. Her effort helps keep pressure on the defense. She works through different tempos and continues to contribute offensively. Her consistency helps keep the offense moving. She works to stay available and continues to apply pressure from the outside. Her effort helps maintain offensive balance.
