Prep Dig continued its partnership with USA Volleyball at the West Coast National Qualifier Showcase, held at the Momentous Sports Center on April 1st. The event brought together athletes from across the region looking to compete in front of college coaches while being evaluated by Prep Dig scouts and court coaches. Showcases like this continue to provide a valuable platform for athletes to be seen, tested, and recognized for their individual performance and intangibles. Let's take a closer look at three more players who earned Top Performer honors based on what they showed on the court.

[player_tooltip player_id='733200' first='Kyah' last='Anderson'], a Class of 2028 outside hitter from Liberty High School and Livewire Volleyball Club, and currently ranked No. 28 in the Prep Dig Arizona State Rankings, showed why she is already gaining recognition at the state level. Despite being slightly undersized for the position, she plays much bigger than her height with a confident and aggressive approach on the pin. Kyah does a great job generating pace on the ball and finding ways to score against established blocks. She stays active in serve receive and handles a full rotation role without a drop in production. What stood out was her competitive edge, consistently bringing energy and refusing to back down from longer rallies. She has a knack for making timely plays that shift momentum. Her performance backed up her ranking and showed she belongs among the top players in her class. Please help us congratulate her on earning Top Performer honors for this showcase.

[player_tooltip player_id='775531' first='Mollie' last='Sinclair'], a Class of 2028 middle blocker from Vacaville High School and [program_tooltip program_id='516896' first='Club' last='Solano Volleyball'] Program, made a strong impression with her size and presence at the net. Standing at 6'2”, she naturally changes the look of an opposing offense, but it is her activity and engagement that really stood out. Mollie works well laterally and shows the ability to close blocks with purpose rather than just occupying space. Offensively, she is developing into a reliable quick option and showed flashes of being able to finish consistently in the middle. There were stretches where she controlled the tempo at the net, impacting both sides of the ball. She competes with a physical edge and embraces the responsibilities that come with playing the middle position. As she continues to refine her timing, her ceiling remains very high. Please help us congratulate her on earning Top Performer honors for this showcase.

[player_tooltip player_id='778972' first='Alana' last='Black'], a Class of 2028 setter from Folsom High School and [program_tooltip program_id='876532' first='OMNI' last='Volleyball'] Club, and currently ranked No. 53 in the Prep Dig California State Rankings, showcased a well rounded and confident approach to running an offense. She delivers a consistent ball and does a good job keeping her hitters involved, showing an understanding of how to distribute effectively. Alana does not panic when pushed off the net, instead maintaining control and giving her team a chance to stay in system. There is a steady tempo to how she operates, allowing her offense to stay organized throughout play. She also brings energy and communication, helping guide her team through each rotation. Her decision making stood out, especially in how she adjusted based on the flow of the game. Alana proved to be a dependable and composed setter throughout the showcase. Please help us congratulate her on earning Top Performer honors for this showcase.
