2028 Setters Ready To Lead This Fall

Ayotte shows a lot of composure at the net, while bringing in a diverse set of skills. She's explosive, aggressive, and shows really good footwork. As she continues to find success, it should only improve her confidence level and willingness to trust in her skills. She's the lone returning setter for the team to turn to, and she's taken a lot of big steps in other areas of her game. Sanders had the Eagles hitting an impressive number in 2025 and I like that to get even stronger this fall with another year of experience under her belt. She's got a great connection with her middles, and has proven she can develop new hitters quickly. The 6-foot White can push the tempo and keep opponents guessing. She shows advanced footwork and agility in her setting, which allows her to get very hittable balls to her pins and still make the quick connection to her middles. So, while she's not exactly going to be putting her name on the map, she does face a big challenge this fall in needing to create some new consistent weapons for the DCD offense.
