Consistency, competitiveness, the fight, making reads, and yes, these are eighth graders going into their freshman year. That might be what makes these names stand out: they showed these traits more often than not, had fun, were well-composed, and made sure to maintain discipline in their game.    The switch from a fun-going teammate to an ultimate competitor can be seen in Liliana during warmups. Every swing a bit harder, every approach a step quicker, every drill a bit more intense, and then it's game time. She is a gamer. A capable six-rotation player with the game to match her expectations. Hard-hitting, smart, and a real leader on that floor. The Milwaukee Sting team have something special up front.     Walked away very intrigued with Alaina after watching her compete with Wisconsin Juniors. Towering the Right Side, she has the mobility and lateral movement to cover the floor. Get to every angle and make sure her presence is felt. She is blocking and creating a wall every set, no matter what you try to do, to play over and around her.      The mentality is always a battle for a player at a young age, but not for Catherine. She is a dawg! Intensity, skills, and competitiveness, she has it all. Very strong player but light on her feet on the right side, with good athleticism. Plays well above the net, has a great swing, and is an equal blocker.      Hannah is fun to watch, maybe due to her possibly shocking herself with some of her own plays with how hard she is swinging at times, or even how much height she is getting on some of the attacks. Athleticism isn't lacking, nor is her versatility. Not an angle she can not take or adjust to, and defense is played with pride. Good knowledge and motor.      Part of a brute force frontline, Helaina adds a touch of finesse. Fundamental sound and true technique in her approach getting into her approach. Adjusts very well to balls and delivers a powerful attack, given the agility to add touch when needed mid-air, which is impressive.     Watching Isabella is a rare mix of size, talent, athleticism, and, at the moment, the ceiling is unseen. She is long, quick, and developing the adjustability to work with her setters to make every ball playable, if not a point. There is not a ball she doesn't like and won't deliver on. Very versatile, a six-rotation player that competes.     Olivia might become a favorite of many, with her intensity, passion, and ability. She plays to win, and it's shown on her face, not sure she can hide it. She is determined at the net on blocks; attackers will have a long day meeting her in the match. On the right side, there isn't a tempo she isn't capable of, watching her beam it cross court or coming down middle on an “A” ball with a thunderous force.
