More 1st Alliance Spring Classic Talent Who Caught My Eye

<!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>There was a lot of talent that caught my eye during this tournament this weekend. So I had to make sure I covered as much as possible. Whether I was watching players who made it to the Gold bracket or the Silver, as I walked around from court to court, there was always someone to see. I mostly saw teams in the 15u Club division but saw 2 teams from the 16u level as well. She had a couple tough out-of-system balls she was able to put good swings on. Was playing all around and showed off her arsenal of skills. Good passer and can really hit. Nice vertical, good mechanics, and body control. Looks like she can play any position, OH/RS/Setter ... can do it all out there. She was so cool, calm, collected, and can tell has put in the reps. Just a great feel for the game, really soft passes, eases the ball to her setter for 3 passes. Was very impressive on serve-receive. Can tell she is relaxed, knows what to do, and delivers. Saw her get some kills, using her nice swing. She gets her arm back and lets loose. On defense, she got good touches going for blocks. She can make all the plays at the net. Gets good velocity on her hits and the ball comes at you quick. Lefty from the RS is always good to see, and she plays the position well. Really whips her arm through and snaps well for kills; saw her get quite a few. Tracked the ball well too on some off-sets or out-of-system plays. I saw her get some great hits. She seems to have long arms and hands, gets good contact, and has good motion to her. Has a super tough hard serve that move some as well, tough for defenders to pass and track. Believe their team took 2nd in the tournament. She can attack some, setter dump some, and makes athletic plays. She sets for her club and can make all the sets to teammates. Back set, cross-court, jumping, platform etc. She also does a nice job defensively for her club, keeping plays alive.
