These players have been working hard throughout the season and are playing some of their best volleyball. You can see it in the little things. It can be cleaner execution, more confidence in big moments, or a bigger overall impact on defense or offense. Poised in the libero position, she is quick, reads plays well, and always seems to be in the right spot. When her team is out of system, she is comfortable using her hands to deliver optimal placed balls to the pins. She plays with a ton of energy, is incredibly competitive, and has the kind of quickness that allows her to make plays all over the net. She never backs down from a ball that is sent her way and will find a way to get her hands on it. Lieser is a middle with a great combination of height, athleticism, and offensive firepower. Tall, lean, and quick, she gets up easily and generates a big swing that puts pressure on opposing defenses. She does an excellent job staying in sync with her setter, running offensive routes efficiently and creating scoring opportunities. In addition to her attacking ability, she is effective running the net and provides a big blocking presence. She plays with a ton of energy and isn't afraid to take big swings, especially in tense moments. Often times she is clearly the "go to" on her team as she can deliver. She is a fierce competitor and plays with a ton of passion. As a six rotation player, she is solid defensively putting up both a big block as well as coming up with impressive digs in the backrow. </p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- /wp:acf/evaluation-block -->
