She does a great job mixing in hard and off shots. She also forms good double blocks. Godkin makes consistent first touches. She executes a variety of sets including the back set with no lean so as to not tip off the direction the ball is headed. Cabell impressed with her float serve. She sent it to different zones on the court unless she found a weakness, consistently keeping opponents out of system. She gets on top of balls and puts a lot of power into them. Kirk has found a number of ways to control the net using her size. Kirk has a great blocking rhythm. Gunning is fundamentally sound on first touches. Gunning handles well-struck balls to get 14-2 into a good offensive rhythm. She landed a dig kill in one game as the result of her hustle. Gunning leans when needed, but keeps balls under control.
