Loaded with Talent: MN 4AA’s Must-Watch Players

Year after year, this section produces some of the state's top liberos, attackers, and setters making every game a battle. With so many impact players returning this fall, there will be plenty of talent on display. A steady presence in the back row, she finished last season with 293 digs, 15 service aces, and 54 assists while helping lead the Beacons to a 12-15-1 record. She was the steady presence the Eagles relied on last season, finishing with 259 digs and 43 service aces while handling the bulk of the serve receive duties with 547 receptions. She brings a scrappy, fearless style of play and consistently finds a way to keep rallies alive. She moves really well, gets to the ball quickly, and has a fast arm that allows her to put heat on her swings. On top of that, she puts in the work as a blocker, using her length and athleticism to be a solid force at the net. She is comfortable running a slide, attacking the gap, going off one foot, or moving in and out of the middle, making her a difficult player to match up against. Last season, she finished with 204 kills and 42 digs while helping St. Paul Academy to a 12-10 record. The senior setter has racked up 1,118 assists, 125 kills, and 363 digs while out on the court for St. Agnes proving she knows how to get the job done for them. She's quick, athletic, and has a natural instinct for finding a way to get to every ball. I'm looking forward to seeing her back in command of the St. Agnes offense this fall.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- /wp:acf/evaluation-block -->
