Six Georgia Pin Hitters Who Left Their Mark at USAV Nationals

Indianapolis, IN | USAV Girls Junior National Championship   The USAV Girls Junior National Championship once again showcased the depth of volleyball talent coming out of Georgia, and nowhere was that more evident than on the pins. Outside hitters and right sides are asked to shoulder some of the game's biggest responsibilities, balancing offense, serve receive, blocking, and back-row defense throughout a demanding week of competition. These five athletes helped their respective teams compete on the national stage while demonstrating the well-rounded skill sets that continue to make Georgia one of the country's premier volleyball states.    Eve gives WGVA another dynamic presence along the net with her aggressive mentality and well-rounded skill set. She works hard to create offensive opportunities while remaining engaged in serve receive and back-row defense. Pin hitters who impact every phase of the game are essential during long tournaments, and Eve's all-around approach makes her an important piece of WGVA's success. ~ S.Fitzgerald @BenchtoBeast_prepdigga     Elizabeth has helped Savannah Volleyball Club maintain balance across the front row with her steady offensive presence. She plays with confidence, remains available throughout transition, and consistently supports the team's attack by making smart decisions with the ball. She attacked with confidence while maintaining discipline defensively and in transition, showing the ability to contribute well beyond the stat sheet.
