Prep Dig Unveils Expanded 2027 Tournament Schedule

Prep Dig, the nation's leading platform for youth volleyball competition, coverage, and recruiting exposure, today announced its full 2027 tournament schedule. Registration is officially open at https://prepdig.com/tournaments/schedule/. 

The 2027 slate marks Prep Dig's largest offering to date: 17 total tournaments, up from prior years, including four newly added events that extend the season further into the calendar than ever before. The expanded schedule closes with a brand-new capstone event, The Last Dance in Ohio, giving teams a reason to keep competing, and improving, deep into the year.

"Every great season starts with a team that believes this is their year," said Lisa Lechtenberg, Prep Dig Territory Manager. "In 2027, we're giving them a deeper, longer, more competitive stage than ever to prove it."

First serve for the 2027 Prep Dig slate begins in January, with tournaments running every month through mid-June, and now, with the addition of The Last Dance, well beyond it. The 17 events span six states, drawing elite competition from teams representing 20-plus states nationwide. More than 10,000 players are expected to hit the court across the season, each looking to prove their worth and make a run at a championship.

The 2027 season isn't just about the competition on the court, it's also a proving ground in front of the people who matter most for an athlete's next step. More than 100 college coaches are expected to use the Prep Dig platform in 2027 to actively scout for their next great recruit, giving every athlete on the schedule a real shot at being seen.

Prep Dig continues to set the standard for athlete coverage in youth volleyball. In 2026, more than 65 Prep Dig scouts were on site across the tournament schedule, evaluating talent, building rankings, and producing coverage, resulting in more than 300 articles highlighting athletes and games, and covering more than 1,750 individual athletes.

The digital reach of that coverage was equally significant: in 2026, content from Prep Dig tournaments generated more than 30 million impressions, 250,000+ engagements, and more than 2.4 million video views across social platforms. With 17 events and a deeper field of competition on tap for 2027, all of these numbers are expected to grow.
