Another DMV Exposure Tour Around the Corner

That means attending events that will get you exposure. For Prep Dig I try my best to travel to all corners of the DC, Maryland and Virginia areas to view as many volleyball players as possible. Unfortunately, distance and the number of teams that exist can make it difficult for me to see every player. The Exposure tours provide a player with an opportunity to present their skills to the scouts at Prep Dig. In addition, Baller television can expand that audience. Rather than waiting for a scout to come to see you play register for the exposure tour and play before one or more scouts.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Over the years I have attended over ten Prep Dig events, both national and local. During that time there are a number of talented players whose first live exposure came at one of these events. In some cases, a player may have first been seen on video they presented with their Prep Dig profile. For the most part, there is a large difference between watching a player live and watching them on video.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>The focus for these events remains on the frosh and sophomore class athletes. When a player reaches their junior or senior years, a player's focus should shift to college camps that spark their interest. Alexis and Gianna actually won MVP awards for their particular event. For Gianna it was her second appearance at a Prep Dig event that resulted her winning the MVP award for that event. Once a player has appeared on the Prep Dig radar it becomes much easier to put them on our radar for secondary and tertiary articles.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Of course, if you already rank in our top ten or top twenty rankings you no longer need that exposure. Perhaps the motivation exists to show us the improvement in your skills since the last time we watched you. There is always room for talented athletes to liven up the competition.
