This group of 2030s can attack, but what makes them even more compelling is everything they're willing to take on around it. Serve, receive, defend, block, transition, and different rotations and different roles all become part of the job. They compete, they work, and they find ways to stay involved. That combination of talent, versatility, and work ethic is exactly why these pins are on the watchlist.

[player_tooltip player_id='933766' first='Peyton' last='Schwartz'] stays busy during a rally. If the ball goes somewhere else, she's getting into coverage, working off the net, and getting herself ready to be an option again. That kind of effort can go unnoticed when so much attention focuses on the final swing. Schwartz keeps finding her way back into the play, and when you add what she can give you offensively, there's a lot to like about the way she approaches the pin. ~Theresa@prepdigdakotas

Not every rally is clean, and that's where I like [player_tooltip player_id='948845' first='Aundrea' last='Russell']. Give her a ball that takes her off her normal approach or a play that starts to break down, and she'll keep working to find something out of it. Russell competes through the ugly points, stays available, and gives her team another option when things don't go exactly as planned. A player who doesn't need perfect volleyball to stay effective is valuable. ~Theresa@prepdigdakotas

[player_tooltip player_id='1004138' first='Kinslee' last='Clark'] is learning how to handle everything that comes with playing the pin, and there's a lot more to that job than taking swings. One rally can have her working at the net, the next can pull her into coverage, and a few seconds later she needs to be off and ready to approach again. Clark adjusts to what the play asks of her and stays available instead of getting stuck watching the ball. That ability to move from one job to the next is a key reason her game fits this group. ~Theresa@prepdigdakotas

Some of [player_tooltip player_id='1002348' first='Ava' last='White']'s best work may happen before anyone is thinking about the next kill. It's the extra effort to get to a ball, cover behind a hitter, or stay with a play that she could easily write off. White brings energy to those moments. Then she has to get up, reset, and be ready for whatever comes next. Those are the little things that can turn one touch into another chance to score, and White gives you reasons to keep watching. ~Theresa@prepdigdakotas

Attack. Transition. Block. Cover. Do it again. That's the life of a pin, and [player_tooltip player_id='1022904' first='Paige' last='Stormo'] is a strong player to close out this group because there are several parts of the position to watch in her game. She can give you an option at the antenna, but she also has responsibilities on every ball that doesn't come her way. Stormo stays involved in the work between those swings, and that complete approach to the position fits exactly what this group is about. ~Theresa@prepdigdakotas

Thank you to all my readers for making this journey possible.
