She can play anywhere along the net and dominate, which she's showing for Romeo thus far in 2026.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='1041717' first='Marina' last='VanDaele'], Highpoint Hybrid Academy/Legacy: </strong>VanDaele is a very explosive 6-foot middle that has a high ceiling for where she can take her game. You won't be able to see her during the prep season, but expect more big things from her during club season.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='1041712' first='Valerie' last='Marx'], Mercy/Legacy: </strong>A 6'3” middle that is getting quicker and more agile with each month, Marx is a prospect that could definitely see big gains in her play over the next few years. She's got elite length and the athleticism to go with it.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='1007880' first='Mackenzie' last='Sharp'], Lowell/FaR Out: </strong>Sharp is a player that brings great energy to the court and is going to leave it all on the floor. She's got a lot of explosiveness at the net and a willingness to battle and compete that will keep taking her far.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='1007520' first='Alicia' last='Fumarolo'], Grand Haven/FaR Out: </strong>Fumarolo is having success playing on the pins for Grand Haven, but she's also got the ability to dominate in the middle. Her versatility and court vision make her a strong prospect.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:heading --> <h2 class="wp-block-heading"><strong>Other Middles To Watch</strong></h2> <!-- /wp:heading --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='1009293' first='Alexa' last='Apostolovski'], Utica/Michigan Elite: </strong>The 6'3” middle from Utica has been a blocking monster this fall and is adding new pieces to her attack to become a complete middle. Apostolovski could be a real game-changer in the years ahead.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='979311' first='Samantha' last='Bolach'], Marian/Michigan Elite: </strong>A 6'1” middle from Marian, Bolach is going to continue to get opportunities to compete against the best. With her length and footwork, Bolach is certain to become a top prospect.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='1001382' first='Peyton' last='Erickson'], Hart/FaR Out: </strong>Erickson can play the middle or the right side, but she's doing some really good things for Hart thus far in 2026, especially when it comes to blocking. The 6-footer just finds ways to make plays.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='995140' first='Lainey' last='Holt'], Woodhaven/Michigan Elite: </strong>Holt can also play anywhere along the net and her impressive vertical makes her incredibly explosive at the net. Her power swings are among the best in the class and she's definitely a prospect to keep an eye on in this class.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='1041722' first='Emma' last='Kavaliauskas'], South Lyon/Legacy: </strong>At 5'9”, Kavaliauskas doesn't have the length that many others in this list have, but she is someone that will outwork anyone she is up against. She's a big defensive factor through her persistence, and her attacks produce a lot of power.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph -->
