From a high-IQ setter running the offense to six-rotation pins, powerful attackers, and reliable back-row leaders, these players continue proving their value in different ways.</p>   <p>Recruiting is about finding the right fit, and sometimes some of the best opportunities are still waiting to be discovered.</p>   <p>Here are five Class of 2027 players to keep firmly on your radar!</p>   <h2 class="wp-block-heading">Molly Pyne, Setter</h2>    <p class="text-gray-700">At 5'11, Pyne brings size to the setter position along with a really natural feel for running an offense. Her hands are clean, and she plays with a calm presence that allows her to stay composed when the pace of the match picks up. Pyne has a good understanding of who needs the ball and when, helping her keep control of the offensive flow instead of simply running the same patterns. She can disguise her intentions well and has the ability to open up different options for her hitters. Additionally, Pyne understands tempo and can speed things up or slow them down depending on what the situation calls for. There is a lot to like about the way Pyne sees the game. She is a high-IQ setter with the physical tools to match, making her a Class of 2027 name worth watching closely.</p>    <h2 class="wp-block-heading">Camryn Kooi, 6 Rotation Pin</h2>    <p class="text-gray-700">Kooi is a strong six-rotation pin who can handle a lot of responsibility for her team. She brings consistency to both the front and back row and plays with a calm confidence that naturally translates into leadership. Whether she is passing, defending, or carrying an offensive load, Kooi stays composed and ready for the next opportunity. Offensively, she gets good air time on her approach, giving her an opportunity to see the court before making her decision. She can attack with speed while still recognizing what the defense is giving her. Kooi brings the type of well-rounded game that makes an outside hitter valuable at every level. She moves with purpose and does a nice job getting herself into position early rather than making unnecessary adjustments at the last second. Her defensive game appears organized, which allows her to create clean first contacts for her offense. What stands out most is how prepared she stays throughout the rally. Paz is light on her feet, reads the ball well, and is willing to cover plenty of ground when the play requires it. She also brings a steady presence to serve receive and understands the importance of keeping the ball playable. Reliable back-row athletes are incredibly valuable, and Paz continues to show the type of consistency that can make a major difference for a team.</p>    <h2 class="wp-block-heading">Gabriela Speckman, Outside Hitter</h2>    <p class="text-gray-700">Speckman brings some serious power to the pin. Her arm is heavy, and that becomes especially noticeable when she is attacking against a well-formed block. Instead of being slowed down by size at the net, Speckman has the ability to power through seams and continue putting pressure on the defense. She has strong fundamentals and understands how important ball control is to an offense. Miller does a nice job keeping difficult balls off the net and giving her setter a chance to make the next decision. That ability to turn a tough first contact into a playable ball can completely change a rally. Beyond her technical ability, Miller brings a calm presence to the court. She plays with confidence without forcing the moment, which can help settle those around her. Her teammates know they can trust her to stay composed and continue competing regardless of the situation.
