The 2026 Prep Dig Exposure Tour hits Michigan on Sunday, Dec. 6. We've now added Universal Speed Testing as part of the event, which is open to 2027-2030 prospects. Get signed up for the event now and use promo code ET26DREW25OFF to get 25% off your registration.

We are approaching the end of the 2026 regular season.

With just about a week and a half left, it's time again to look at the power rankings in Division 2.

While there is a clear favorite atop D2, the remainder of the top 10 feels more up for grabs. Will anyone be able to catch the high-flying Eagles on top?

1. Grand Rapids Christian

The Eagles seem to be planted in the No. 1 spot overall in the state right now with their play over the season. An injury to stud setter [player_tooltip player_id='490372' first='Piper' last='Cebulski'] aided in falling short in the Beast of the East final. Hopefully Cebulski will be good to help lead this team to a deep postseason run.

2. Detroit Country Day

The two-time defending D2 state champions have challenged themselves all season and have slowly gotten better with each week. Their outside hitters are becoming more consistent thanks to the play of [player_tooltip player_id='574175' first='Payton' last='Woodruff'] at setter. DCD is still very much a dangerous team in D2.

3. Parma Western

Parma Western certainly has a win-loss record that makes it hard to argue that they shouldn't be near the top, but the competition DCD has faced still gives the Yellowjackets an edge. Western will be able to prove me wrong in the weeks ahead, as they have the talent to go all the way behind the play of [player_tooltip player_id='741882' first='Georgia' last='Addleman'].

4. Frankenmuth

The Eagles really impressed at Beast of the East. They are a team that really does a good job of playing with energy and using that to create some great runs against tough competition. Frankenmuth bested Grand Haven and took sets from other strong D1 teams. They look like they are set to peak at the right time. [player_tooltip player_id='850401' first='Avery' last='Geer'] is an outstanding court leader at setter and [player_tooltip player_id='977222' first='Reegan' last='Klinski'] was one of the more impressive middles at BOE.

5. Macomb Lutheran North

Lutheran North has also picked up a lot of wins, including some hard-fought victories against other teams on this list. They have a lot of balance throughout the lineup, but one player really impressing is senior middle Leighton Garner, who is hitting over .400 and leading the team in blocks.

6. Edwardsburg

The Eddies should be feeling good about their level of play right now, as they continued to win a lot of tough sets and are stacking up wins. [player_tooltip player_id='940390' first='Courtney' last='Zache'] has been stepping up on the outside to just add to an already solid attack that Edwardsburg has.

7. North Branch

The Broncos don't have a lot of size to work with it, but it didn't stop them to beat Hudsonville at Beast of the East. North Branch is always fundamentally sound and it will make the Broncos incredibly tough to beat in the postseason. [player_tooltip player_id='888384' first='Allysse' last='Deshetsky'] has made a big step up in her play this year and can hang with any of the top D2 hitters.

8. Kingsley

The D3 champs from a year ago continue to add wins to their total, but the competition has been largely in the north. There's no question Kingsley is a title contender, but it will be facing a step up in recent competition starting in a few weeks. [player_tooltip player_id='833201' first='Jenna' last='Middleton'] could once again put together a MVP run if she gets Kingsley back to Battle Creek.

9. Dearborn Divine Child

In the CHSL, Divine Child gets its fair share of strong opponents, and the Falcons just keep finding ways to win. Divine Child keeps the ball off the floor, thanks to the play of libero [player_tooltip player_id='915895' first='Isabella' last='Albano'], and being able to extend rallies will make it very difficult to out them in the playoffs.

10. Grand Rapids South Christian

The Sailors really tested themselves early in the season and that looks to be paying off with some strong play over the last month. That's applied to junior libero [player_tooltip player_id='761443' first='Meg' last='Schreur'] as well, as has been outstanding in the back row and will be one of the team's strengths entering the playoffs.

Next Team In: AA Gabriel Richard

The Irish are a team that is just quietly putting together wins and doing so with a relatively young team. They are a team to keep an eye on, as are freshmen [player_tooltip player_id='888979' first='Mia' last='Keefer'] and [player_tooltip player_id='1043330' first='Janie' last='Osness'].
