In her first varsity season for Centerville, Greenfield shared the setting role to help guide the most potent offense in the GWOC this season. As her counterpart finished atop the league in total assists, Greenfield finished sixth overall with 326 total assists for a 4.4 a/s average. The Elks, 18-6 overall and ranked #12 in DI, went unbeaten in GWOC play to claim yet another league title to sustain their dynasty as the top program in the conference. Centerville features four hitters in the top 14 of the league stats, three in the top seven, while all of them are a sophomore or younger. As Greenfield is part of the sophomore class, the Elks are likely to continue their league dominance for a couple more years. Centerville will play #8 ranked Mason with an opportunity to advance another step further from their 2025 playoff finish.

Valley is 22-1 and ranked #8 in Division VI. Vice is part of the core group of offensive threats as she has increased her output ahead of her 2025 numbers as a freshman. Through slightly fewer matches so far, she has terminated 162 total kills to provide 2.3 k/s along with 7.9 d/m. She is a threat at the service line as well as she has earned 129 aces over her young career. Primarily an outside hitter, she will get opportunities through other attack points. She drives herself up off the floor well while open to the ball, which can result in good force of contact when she is on time in the air. Valley advanced to the regional semifinal round last season, which resulted in a postseason exit following a tough 3-2 result. They return the bulk of their team responsible for their point scoring and distribution and look to capitalize on that experience in their upcoming match versus unranked Southeastern.

Riverside is currently ranked #11 in DII with a big opportunity to advance to the regional final round this week. Zgonc has been a viable option for their offense all season as the 5'11 outside hitter uses her length combined with aggressive contact to provide 2.4 k/s. Her consistency has been important for the Beavers to help create some balance and force opponent to spread their focus. Riverside bowed out of the 2025 playoffs in the district final phase, as Zgonc has successfully replaced offense missing from a season ago due to graduation. The Beavers, 18-5 overall, will take on #19 ranked Lakewood.

Perdue is a primary factor for the Vikings' offense as they bring good balance with four attackers having earned between 100 and 200 total kills in 2026. Teays Valley is 22-2 overall and ranked #15 in the DII poll as Perdue is on the higher end of their offense at 196 kills for a 2.3 k/s average. Her production is efficient as well at a .322 clip. The 5'10 outside hitter transitions effectively to get off the net quickly and with good space for her approach pattern to develop and help get her feet to the ball. Perdue's contributions have helped the Vikings advance further than last year's postseason effort when they lost in the DII district finals round. As they have extended their postseason journey this season, they will next face #12 ranked Westerville South.
