The Prep Dig Exposure Tour is coming to Houston very soon, giving players in the area a nice opportunity to get some reps in and raise their stocks ahead of the start of the club season, and us scouts a great chance to check out how everyone's looking before the madness begins.

Tiller was one of the standouts in our event last December, and I'm excited to see what she got to work on between now and then. She's primarily a DS/libero and absolutely kills it in that role, leading the back row with tremendous maturity and control. Her technique is always on point and she can pass dimes for days, showing a strong mindset and the consistency that only those who have spent a lot of time working in the gym have. Despite not being super tall, she also holds her own at the net when playing as a pin hitter, getting off the floor very well and showing incredible vision to pick the best options to score or, at least, give her team a second chance to do so.

Hess is a middle with tons of upside and could develop into a high-level player at the position. Only a high school sophomore, she stands at 6'1" and seems to be only scratching the surface of her potential. Hess' game at the net is already very well-developed, as she aggressively swings a quick set in the middle, showing excellent vision to avoid blockers, and offers a strong presence at the net, reading opponents well and placing her hands above the net to stop them. Also a softball player, she's very coordinated and has excellent footwork.

Parma will be joining us from the Austin area and should be among the most intriguing DS/liberos in the event. Very quick and energetic, she covers a lot of ground on the back row and it doesn't feel like there's anything she can't touch when playing defense. Parma is always ready to reach when it comes to keeping the ball off the floor and she does a great job of chasing shanked passes and digs and keep plays alive. She works very hard in her technique and that shows with how disciplined and clean her serve-receive game is.

Subscribing doesn't change who the Scout covers, it changes who gets to see it.
