Maxim moves with speed, getting to spots on the court that a lot of defenders would not reach in time. Her court communication is great, and she stays vocal throughout the match to help organize her back row. She plays with an awareness of where the ball is likely to go, which allows her movement to look more efficient than reactive. She brings a steady presence to the defensive side of the ball. Her habits on the court suggest a player who is still building her game but already understands what matters most on defense.
