Watch closely as these players develop over the season—each has the potential to make a significant impact.    Anna is the latest in a remarkable lineage of setters in the Lancer program. With exceptional hand-eye coordination and a high volleyball IQ, she excels in orchestrating the offense. Her strong serve complements her defensive prowess, making her a versatile player. Notably, Anna can swing as an opposite hitter when not setting, showcasing her adaptability. As a solid six-rotation setter, she possesses the ability to score effectively from the right pin, making her a key asset for Lafayette JV.     Standing at 6'0”, Sasha is a dynamic pin hitter and one of three impactful freshmen for the Longhorns. Currently leading the state's 2030 attackers with 60 kills and 11 digs, she is also a primary passer for her team. Sasha's blend of power and skill signals a bright future, and her contributions are already vital to Parkway West's success.     At 5'9”, Caroline brings versatility to the court, capable of attacking from either pin with effectiveness. As one of the starting freshmen, she has the potential to evolve into a dominant force, contributing significantly as a six-rotation pin hitter. With 19 kills, 21 digs, and a .245 hitting percentage, Caroline is establishing herself as a reliable offensive weapon for her team.     Grace has demonstrated her commitment to improvement during the club season with FVA, which has translated into a prominent role for the Longhorns. With a solid start, she has accumulated 13 kills, 8 blocks, and 11 digs. Notably, Grace leads her team in blocks, highlighting her defensive capabilities and positioning her as a critical player for Parkway West moving forward.     Ella, a 6'0” middle hitter, played a pivotal role in leading the JV Lancers to victory at a highly competitive Lafayette tournament. Her high volleyball IQ, powerful hitting, and smooth transitions to the pins showcase her potential. As she continues to develop over the next four seasons, Ella is poised to become a formidable presence in the middle.     Anna has consistently performed at a high level over the past few seasons and, following a successful club season with HPSTL, has secured a starting position on the Lafayette JV team. Known for her relentless defense, Anna is a tenacious libero who excels at passing. Her commitment and skills promise to make her an outstanding defender throughout her Lafayette career.     Kaylee Becker – Eureka   Kaylee has emerged as a pivotal player for the JV Wildcats, particularly during the recent Lafayette tournament, where her defensive plays were crucial. A fast, intelligent, and energetic defender, Kaylee is set to become a key component of the Eureka program in the coming years. Her work ethic and skills are sure to elevate her contributions on the court.
