Seasoned Beyond Their Years: 5 Freshmen Dominating Early

<h4 class="wp-block-heading has-text-align-center">Stepping into high school has its own challenges for every student. Add in the factor of being in the building for more than a month prior, because they have been working out, practicing, and earning a spot on the varsity team. Now to come in, earn playing time, then make an impact on the floor against some tough competition that's another level of its own. This 2030 class is talented, skilled, and mature, and off to a strong start. Here are a few that deserve to see their name in black and white. More to come, but let's kick it off with a few competitors. </h4>    <p class="text-gray-700">Lani is carrying the momentum from the summer into the high school season. Probably more than expected, with all the abilities she has is displaying more. Thus far, with 97 kills and counting and 69 digs, Lani is an all-around talent with the willingness and athleticism to match. Defenses are now being prepared, and she is savvy enough to spot them and land them. </p>     <p class="text-gray-700">Just watching the setter for an already talented high school team, you would think she was an upperclassman. She not only leads and is very decisive, but she is also doing it all. Julia, a young, smart future 5-1 setter if you need, is more than capable and surely ready. Posting stats 259 assts, 11 blocks, 48 digs, and 15 digs so far and counting, just for a freshman splitting duties. </p>     <p class="text-gray-700">Breanna is a real talent, don't for a second think she is to be taken for granted. A three-sport stud, slightly undersized for an outside, but what she lacks in height she makes up for in all the intangibles. Athleticism isn't a question, nor is the power that she packs into her attacks and she combines it all with a strong will and determination. Putting up early numbers like 56 kills, 26 digs, and 11 aces just to start the season makes it hard not to keep watching. </p>     <p class="text-gray-700">The way onto the floor isn't always what you expect; you have to get on the floor and make sure you are making your presence felt. There is a role for everyone; for Julia, hers is in every way possible, but her best feature is her versatility. A PIN who works the floor at every angle, is court-aware, and is a hustler and skilled. Showing 74 digs, 44 digs, and tossing 14 aces. This young player lets you know she is a worker bee and not someone to be taken lightly. </p>     <p class="text-gray-700">Flavia, an unheralded athlete to some, is making that change every match. On full display is her talent, skill, and hunger. An outside hitter who utilizes all her court awareness and IQ to her advantage when on the attack. Using her angles, touch, and patience against aggressive defenders at all times.
