Conway Christian has been solid all season, but the Eagles really turned things up this past week. In their two conference matches, sophomore Maggie McKay Maggie McKay 5'9" | OH/DS/L Conway Christian | 2029 AR stood out as part of a strong team effort. Coach Kobie McKnight got production from across the lineup, but McKay continues to catch her attention. The sophomore finished with 15 kills in the two matches, a strong showing for such a young player.

McKay had plenty of support. Millie Teague dished out 37 assists, while Mallory King added 13 kills. In the back row, Cloie Davis Cloie Davis DS AR and Hannah Swenson Hannah Swenson 5'4" | DS/L Conway Christian | 2029 AR combined to give the Eagles a strong defensive presence, finishing with 22 and 18 digs respectively.

That consistent team play has Conway Christian sitting at the top of the conference. The Eagles will get a chance to strengthen that position this week with two tough matches against CAC and Mayflower.
