She is having a lights out season this fall after working relentlessly in the offseason to elevate her game and make the most of her final high school season. Forsman is always ready to chase down a ball and anchors serve receive with impressive consistency and control. She also makes an impact from the service line, delivering a tough serve and putting together scoring runs in crucial moments.

Jenna Ercher is putting up an impressive 5.2 digs per set and has established herself as one of the top defenders in 3A this fall. Ercher is relentless defensively and is the type of player opposing teams need to scout and look to keep the ball away from. The senior has become one of her team's core leaders on the court, providing consistency and energy in the back row. Ercher also impacts the game in other areas with a reliable serve and the ability to step in and deliver quality second ball sets when needed.

Addison Rice might be having her best season yet, putting up impressive numbers defensively and in serve receive. Rice has a great touch on the ball and provides excellent ball control for Alamosa, helping bring consistency and stability to the back court. She covers a lot of ground defensively and consistently gives her team opportunities to stay in system. Rice looks poised in her senior season and is already making a major impact for this Alamosa squad.

Katie St. Jean is a player we have been following for the last couple of months, and she continues to impress this fall. St. Jean leads her team defensively, but what really separates her is her communication and consistency on the floor. Her hitters trust her to take up a lot of space in serve receive and the back row, allowing them to focus on transitioning into the attack. St. Jean consistently handles hard driven balls and provides a steady defensive presence her team can rely on.

Al Hernandez has been a stud this fall, putting up impressive numbers for St. Mary's Academy. Hernandez is a quick defender who covers a ton of court and takes a significant load off her hitters in serve receive. She reads the game well and consistently puts herself in position to extend rallies and keep her team in system. Hernandez has become a key piece for St. Mary's Academy, anchoring the back row and emerging as one of the leaders of this team.
