Meger may be a new name on my radar but is clearly no stranger to running a successful offense. Meger reached the 2,000 assist milestone this season, showing just how much of an impact she has made throughout her varsity career. She has a knack for finding her middles, whether her team is in system or scrambling out of system, and does an excellent job keeping her most efficient attackers involved. Her court awareness, decision making, and ability to distribute the ball make her a valuable piece of the offense. Beyond her skills as a setter, Meger is also a great leader who brings confidence, composure, and a competitive presence to the court. She knows how to keep her teammates engaged and the offense moving, even in tough situations. Meger and her hitters work extremely well together and that chemistry and leadership have been a big part of Le Sueur-Henderson’s success this season.
