Ezra McGinnis has been keeping the Highlands Ranch offense on the move! She brings consistency to the setter spot and continues to find ways to put her hitters in good situations. McGinnis has a nice feel for keeping the offense balanced rather than letting things become predictable. She is willing to spread the ball around, stay patient, and keep looking for the next opportunity. That steady presence can make a huge difference when the pressure starts to rise!
