Macie Leinen (2021, MH, Harlan)

Macie is a great MH and so far this year she has 2.6 KPS, 8 blocks, and 13 aces. She looked great at her home quad this weekend and I think she will be leaving her mark during her senior season.

Zophi Hendricks (2022, OH, Harlan)

Zophi is already burning up her home court this year. She has 2.8 KPS, 2.2 DPS, and 10 service aces in the first couple of weeks of the season.

Ashley Hall (2021, L, Harlan)

Ashley is one of the best liberos in the area for 2021. She already has the top spot in digs for her team with 4.4 DPS and the top spot in service aces with 15 in the first few weeks of her senior season.

Kailey Rochholz (2022, OH, Treynor)

Kailey has 2.6 KPS and 9 blocks. She has had a strong start to her junior season and it looks to just get better.

[player_tooltip player_id="79276" first="Emma" last="Flathers"] (2022, S, Treynor)

Emma has 6.3 APS, 2.2 DPS, and 4 service aces. She is a leader on her team and has had a strong start to her junior season.

Madeline Lewis (2022, OH, Treynor)

Maddie has been averaging 2.2 KPS to start off her junior year. She also has 1.8 DPS, 5 blocks, and 9 service aces. She looked like a strong and ready leader of this young Treynor team.

Stella Umphreys (2021, S/DS, Treynor)

Stella has been one of the more fun players to watch in our area for a number of years. Her smile is always at the ready and she just looks like she loves the game. She is listed as S/DS, but when I have seen Treynor on the court so far this year she has been in the libero jersey. So far this season she has 4.2 DPS, a team-high, and 11 service aces.

[player_tooltip player_id="79012" first="Allie" last="Petry"] (2021, OH, St. Albert)

Allie is awesome and looks great for the start of her senior season. She has 4.5 KPS, 2.4 DPS, 4 blocks, and 13 service aces. She looks to be ready for an even better year than last year, and that is amazing.

Lainey Sheffield #14 (2022, RS, St. Albert)

Lainey is normally on the right side for St. Albert but has been playing outside the last couple of weeks due to some player absences with this team. So far she has 1.5 KPS, 1.0 DPS, 4 blocks, and 2 service aces.

[player_tooltip player_id="93045" first="Elizabeth" last="Elkins"] (2021, OH, St. Albert)

Elizabeth has been switched from OH to MH during the first few weeks this season due to player absences, which makes her stats not reflect her play exactly. She is averaging 1.1 KPS, has 1.0 DPS, is the top blocker so far with 7, and second in service aces with 10. Those numbers will improve in a hurry once she is back at her normal position at OH the rest of the season. We have not seen Elizabeth play middle since she started high school so that was nice to see once more even if a strange occurrence.

Lauren Williams #7 (2022, MH, St. Albert)

Lauren is powerful and smart. She is amazing to watch when she is in her groove. She has 2.6 KPS and 2 blocks in 7 sets. These numbers will also improve dramatically with her return to the court next week.

Ruby Nolting (2022, OH/RS, Logan-Magnolia)

Ruby is a great front-row player with 27 kills and 7 aces already this season. She was on fire at the Harlan quad and helped her team immensely this weekend.

Courtney Ohl (2021, OH, Logan-Magnolia)

Courtney is a powerful OH with 29 kills so far this season, tied for the top spot on this team. She was instrumental in the victories her team achieved at this quad.

Macanna Guritz (2023, MH, Logan-Magnolia)

Macanna is a MH that I see having a break-out season this year. She is also tied for the top spot for kills on her team so far this season.
