<p>The All-2nd Region Team features several talented players, all of whom excelled during the 2020 high school volleyball season. </p>
<p>A closer look at the All-2nd Region Team follows. </p>
<p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id="68073" first="Olivia" last="Mitchell"] (Caldwell County):</strong> A senior outside hitter, Mitchell continued to lead her team during the 2020 high school volleyball season. Dominant at the net, Mitchell recorded 468 kills as well 237 digs, 14 blocks and 21 service aces. </p>
<p><strong>Abby Griggs (Caldwell County): </strong>A senior middle blocker, Griggs thrived along the middle of the net during the 2020 high school volleyball season. As a senior, Griggs recorded 316 kills, 53 blocks, 53 digs and 46 service aces.</p>
<p><strong>Kendyll Prowell (Caldwell County):</strong> A senior setter, Prowell is an underrated performer. During the 2020 season, Prowell, a precise passer, logged 905 assists along with 113 digs, 65 kills and 20 service aces. </p>
<p><strong>Evelyn Morales (University Heights Academy):</strong> A senior outside hitter, Morales was a longtime leader for University Heights Academy. Wrapping up a successful high school career, Morales, a hardworking player, notched 187 kills, 22 blocks, 196 digs and 29 service aces.</p>
<p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id="68100" first="Beth" last="Peebles"] (University Heights Academy):</strong> A senior setter, Peebles ended her prep volleyball career proven performer. Peebles, a vocal leader, logged 289 assists, 162 digs, 54 kills and 42 service aces during her senior campaign. </p>
<p><strong>Lauren Watkins (Hopkinsville):</strong> A senior defensive specialist, Watkins paced Hopkinsville defensively. Reliable and consistent, Watkins tallied 139 assists, 85 digs and 16 service aces during her senior season. </p>
<p><strong>Hailey Hallmark (Hopkinsville):</strong> A junior middle hitter/outside hitter/right side hitter, Hallmark shows her versatility in the front row regularly. Hallmark exited her junior season with 139 kills, 68 blocks, 31 digs and 12 service aces.</p>
<p><strong>Alyssa Bearns (Hopkinsville):</strong> A senior outside hitter/setter/right side, Bearns is one of the state’s most versatile high school volleyball players. A player with a diverse skill set, Bearns provided 85 kills, 30 blocks, 145 assists, 26 digs and 46 service aces during her senior season.</p>
<p><strong>Jasmin Jones (Fort Campbell):</strong> A senior middle blocker, Jones thrived for Fort Campbell. As a senior, Jones registered 101 kills, 27 assists, 90 digs and 36 service aces. The productive Jones led Fort Campbell in kills, blocks and service aces. </p>
<p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id="68096" first="Macy" last="Baker"] (Christian County):</strong> A senior outside hitter, Baker was a leader for Christian County. Baker, a strong hitter, recorded 248 kills, 9 blocks and 56 service aces during her senior season. </p>
<p><strong>Alexis Fliehman (Madisonville-North Hopkins):</strong> A senior libero/setter, Fliehman excelled defensively and offensively during the 2020 season. Fliehman delivered 529 digs, 38 service aces, 30 assists and 9 kills for Madisonville-North Hopkins. </p>
<p><strong>Natalie Collier (Madisonville-North Hopkins):</strong> A senior outside hitter, Collier excelled at the net during the 2020 season. As a senior, Collier produced 202 kills, 243 digs and 52 service aces.</p>
<p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id="68135" first="Jordan" last="Troutman"] (Henderson County):</strong> A junior setter/right side, Troutman is a versatile player. During her junior season, Troutman registered 138 kills, 32 blocks, 48 assists, 84 digs and 45 service aces. </p>
<p><strong>Iyanna Grubbs (Trigg County):</strong> A senior outside hitter, Grubbs led Trigg County in a shortened 2020 season. Grubbs, who provided leadership for Trigg County, finished with 85 kills, 51 digs and 49 service aces during her senior campaign. </p>
<p><strong>Ashlyn Slate (Hopkins County Central):</strong> A senior middle blocker, Slate led her team throughout the 2020 season. In only 11 matches, Slate posted 74 blocks, 47 kills, 44 digs and 23 service aces. </p>
<p><strong>Riley Smith (Crittenden County):</strong> A freshman setter, Smith is one of the top young volleyball players in the 2nd Region. As a freshman, Smith dished out 572 assists while tallying 112 digs, 7 service aces and 35 kills. </p>
<p><strong>Maggie Jones (Webster County):</strong> A junior outside hitter, Jones paced Webster County throughout the 2020 season. Jones, an experienced hitter from the left side, compiled 148 kills, 27 blocks, 57 digs and 27 service aces during her junior season. </p>
