Seniors
Karin Ojeda Karin Ojeda 5'5" | S Donovan Catholic | 2021 State NJ (Donovan Catholic)
Ojeda is a superstar on the Donovan Catholic squad being able to pass all over the court. She finished with an incredible number of 648 assists. She is ranked 42nd on the PrepDig NJ rankings. Look for her to climb up the rankings this season.
Allison Grotts (Pinelands)
Allison is an established passer coming off a solid campaign where she had 462 assists. She’s going to be the leader of the squad.
Daniella Gangemi (Red Bank Catholic)
Daniella was the sole setter who saw primary time finishing with 428 of the teams 456 assists. This is a squad with a lot players returning so she will have incredible success.
Stephanie Soares (Southern)
Soares is two-time first-team All-Shore after another superb season. She set up her teammates all season long last year as the Rams were conference champions. Soares finished with 642 assists, 241 service points, 118 digs and 55 aces.
Juniors
Kim Stallworth (Jackson Liberty)
Stallworth was a rising sophomore last season finishing with 362 assists on the season. Going into her junior year, she will be attracting a lot of eyes for the next couple seasons.
Patria Moreno (Barnegat)
Moreno kept this Barnegat squad last season above .500 and very competitive last season. She finished with 422 assists on the year. There’s definitely an opportunity for her this year to establish herself.
This season is going nothing short of unprecedented but even with a shorter schedule. These ladies are going to be right there at the top statistically not alone in the Shore Conference but throughout the state of New Jersey.
