Class Of 2022: Player Rankings Update
Prep Dig Kansas is proud to announce updates for the Class of 2022 player rankings.
The Class of 2022 is loaded with talent and that talent will continue to improve.
Here is a scouting report on the top five players, all five of whom arguably could have been ranked at the top of the list.
MB, Lauren Schutter Lauren Schutter 6'2" | MB Wabaunsee | 2022 State KS , 6'2”, Wabaunsee (Ranked No. 1) – Schutter is a slam dunk Division I talent. She has a powerful swing and is a smart player. She finished her 2020 high school season with 438 kills and 179 blocks. She will have out-of-state and in-state colleges scouting her in 2021.

, 6'0”, St. Thomas Aquinas (Ranked No. 2) – St. Thomas Aquinas is loaded with talent and their Class of 2022 outside hitter is as talented as it comes. She finished the 2020 high school season with 333 kills and 124 digs. She is a Division I talent and who will be highly sought after.
OH, Rhian Swanson Rhian Swanson 6'0" | OH McPherson | 2022 State #191 Nation KS , 6'1”, McPherson (Ranked No. 3) – Swanson has verbally committed to play for Kansas University. Swanson was named MVP for the AVCTL Division-III. She is highly competitive and will a solid addition to the Jayhawk program.
MH, Abby Rose Abby Rose 6'0" | MB Smoky Valley | 2022 State KS , 6'0”, Smoky Valley (Ranked No. 4) – Rose helped lead Smoky Valley to one of its best volleyball seasons in the school's history. She plays club ball for Fight Club 18-1 and is expected to have a productive club season. She finished her junior season with 316 kills and 98 blocks.
OH, Taylor Stockman Taylor Stockman 5'11" | OH Blue Valley West | 2022 State KS , 5'11”, Blue Valley West (Ranked No. 5) – Stockman is an explosive athlete and had a huge performance at the Class 6A State Championship. She helped the Jaguars win the state title and finished the 2020 season with 286 kills and 48 blocks.
