Nebraska ONE 17 Black has been having a successful year at the local level. They have won several gold tournaments and are looking to earn their bid to USA Nationals at the Region bid tournament next weekend. Let’s take a look at a few of the girls who are looking for a college home. (Player comments from Coach Seitz and the girls themselves)

[player_tooltip player_id="136156" first="Emaree" last="Harris"]- uncommitted 2022 middle. Plays high school at Raymond Central High School. This is her first year at Nebraska One and has improved tremendously in a short amount of time. Excited for what she will accomplish during the rest of club season. She is a lengthy middle that is stronger and has a huge presence in our block. Emaree is looking for coaches to push her to her full potential. She want to establish good relationships with her coaches and teammates and would like to stay fairly close to home but hasn’t ruled out the surrounding states. She’s made some visits to schools around Lincoln and is excited to be able to do more visits soon.

[player_tooltip player_id="82463" first="Raegan" last="Holle"]- uncommitted 2022 libero. Underrated in this class, do not let her size fool you. She is the game-changer in our back row. She is so much fun to watch and there are not many balls that drop on our side when Raegan is back row. Raegan states: "I am looking for a college that has an overall community feel, as well as a school that will push me both academically and athletically. I have really enjoyed speaking with coaches on the phone, through email, as well as in person! Each season I also create a HUDL highlight video to share with others. At this point, I have not committed to a college yet." When asked if she had any superstitions, she replied "One of the superstitions that I have actually involves the hairstyle that I always do before every game. I always wear my hair in the “bubbles” hairstyle (with six hair ties)." I’ll be on the lookout for your bubbles Raegan :)

Bre Lemke- uncommitted 2022 Pin Hitter. You never know what shot Bre is going to give the other team’s defense. She moves the ball around so well and is fantastic out-of-system. 6 rotation outside that is a threat from the back row as well.

[player_tooltip player_id="58802" first="Macey" last="Bosard"]: uncommitted 2022 Pin hitter- Grand Island Northwest Outside that is playing her first season with Nebraska One. I love her energy on the court and brings a lot of fire to our team. She swings great from the outside or right side and puts up a great block when she is on the right side that creates problems for the other team’s outsides. She has been a great contribution to this team. Macey is hoping to attend college a bit further away from home where she can attend a college with her major and a great volleyball program. Macey also plays basketball and soccer to keep active. She’s a 3-year starter for her high school team and looking forward to the college recruiting process.

Lilly Parolek- uncommitted 2022 DS- Lilly brings the spunk to our team. She is a phenomenal middle back that reads well. The combination of her and Raegan in the back row keeps our team in system and Lilly helps her hitters get the kill with her shot call.

[player_tooltip player_id="77491" first="Wreece" last="Liewer"]- uncommitted 2023 Pin Hitter- first year with Nebraska One. She is improving every time she is in the gym and has a high ceiling for what she is going to accomplish. She is a huge presence in the front row and disrupts the other team’s offense.

[player_tooltip player_id="82465" first="Molli" last="Martin"] - uncommitted 2022 middle. Plays high school for Lincoln Lutheran. Molli is looking for a college close to home with like-minded peers and with a great education. Molli has just started her recruiting process and has visited a couple smaller colleges and looking forward to visiting some more this summer.

[player_tooltip player_id="103848" first="Savannah" last="Shelburne"], 2022 setter. I mentioned Savannah week 2 of midwest power league. Savannah wants to stay not too far, but not too close for college. Savannah didn’t want to leave out her teammates and has this to say about them : [player_tooltip player_id="58792" first="Brianna" last="Lemke"]- We have a strong connection, I like to set her wherever she is, because I can trust that she will take care of the ball.
[player_tooltip player_id="136156" first="Emaree" last="Harris"]- Our connection on and off the court is strong, she is very long, so when i set a little too high she has the power to reach and put it in place.
Wreece Leiwer- Wreece and I also have a good connection on and off the court, if you can get her going she doesn’t stop! She can hit pretty much every shot and put the ball down!
[player_tooltip player_id="82463" first="Raegan" last="Holle"]- Raegan is a scrappy libero, and the sweetest! She will go for any ball and most of the time they are dime passes!
[player_tooltip player_id="82465" first="Molli" last="Martin"]- Molli and I have a really good connection, she can make anyone laugh, she is a great middle and is also very smart on where the open spots are on the other side!
[player_tooltip player_id="58802" first="Macey" last="Bosard"]- Macy is very flexible on where she plays, she is very powerful and also can put the ball down!
Lillian Parelok- Lilly is a good defender and has the ability to see the hole in the block and get to where she needs to be!
[player_tooltip player_id="103461" first="Harper" last="Case"]- Harper is very positive and kind to everyone, she is very scrappy and doesn’t give up on any ball!
