Under the Radar ’23s Set to Have a Huge Impact at PDBV

<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">The 2023s are going to come out in force this weekend at the Prep Dig Battle in the Valley. The field is stacked with great talent from across the state and it will be an awesome tournament for teams to battle it out. </span></p> <h3><span style="font-weight: 400;">Kelynn Ott - WI Blaze 16 Black </span></h3> <p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Kelynn is a talented setter who works to better the ball on every play. I saw her play at the Prep Dig Resolution tournament earlier this season and she caught my eye immediately. She has great hands and moves the ball around well. </span></p> <h3><span style="font-weight: 400;">Macey Steier - I AM VBALL 16 Black </span></h3> <p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Macey is aggressive on the court and has a nearly unstoppable serve. She puts rockets over the net and with a high percentage of consistency as well. As a libero/ds Macy is also aggressive in running down balls and makes great touches in the back row.</span></p> <h3><span style="font-weight: 400;">Gabriella Ingrilli - Milwaukee Juniors 16 National</span></h3> <p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Gabriella is a libero with a lot of control in the back row. She has a great platform and excels on serve receive and picking up hard-driven swings. Additionally, she has a competitive serve from the backline, earning her team aces and putting opponents out of system. </span></p> <h3><span style="font-weight: 400;">Maia Dudek - 414 16 Blue </span></h3> <p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Maia is an all-around solid setter. She racks in a lot of aces and is aggressive and consistent on the service line. She also leads her team well, rarely making errors and pushing herself to better every ball. Maia has a lot of potential and will be an athlete to watch this weekend. </span></p> <h3><span style="font-weight: 400;">[player_tooltip player_id="119423" first="Grace" last="Bogard"] - FVP 16 Blue</span></h3> <p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Grace is a competitive outside who sees the other side of the court extremely well. She excels in transition and out-of-system plays because she can put the ball in the perfect spot across the court. She also has a solid line shot and is fast to get her feet to the ball. </span></p> <h3><span style="font-weight: 400;">Mackenzie Anderson - Impact 16 Elite</span></h3> <p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Mackenzie is a fast and dynamic middle who stays involved in every play. She has a high arm swing and is aggressive at the net - a dangerous combination for opposing teams. Mackenzie’s speed allows her to run plays across the net and be impactful on every contact. </span></p> <h3><span style="font-weight: 400;">Maddison Berger - SWVBC 16 Blue </span></h3> <p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Maddison has a high, fast arm swing. She is fast and beats a lot of blocks at the net which gives her a great seam to swing. Maddison has a wicked cross-court shot and a powerful arm. She is also solid in serve receive. </span></p> <h3><span style="font-weight: 400;">Brie Eckerman - V-Hawk Xtreme 16 Adidas</span></h3> <p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Brie is a powerful lefty right side who brings a lot to the court. She has great shots and is ready to hit at any moment. Brie stays involved with every play and adds a lot of value to this talented V-Hawk team. </span></p>
