Stover earns the nod as the highest ranked opposite in this class in Ohio. She has a dynamic style of play and is aggressive with every opportunity to swing. She has a great arm in the air and uses good vision to see what is in front of her and to move the ball around without compromising her pace. She averaged over three kills per set in 2020 while also swinging at an impressive .470 in helping Highland to a 22-2 overall record.

#20 [player_tooltip player_id="137163" first="Anna" last="Boezi"]
Boezi continues to garner increased attention given her physical tools in the front row. At 6’2 and with ability to score from the middle and at opposite, she brings a lot to the court for her team. This versatility increases her stock with her ability to elevate and be very productive on both sides of the ball. We have evaluated her both in the middle and on the right side, with more recent views of her at opposite, which is why she is listed in this role. However, she has great stock rising potential as a dual threat.

#22 [player_tooltip player_id="114464" first="Elena" last="Dubuc"]
Dubuc has increased her efficiency and effectiveness as this current club season as progressed. She helps comprise a terrific trio of attackers for NKYVC’s top 17s team by providing high quality and aggressive swings from the right side to help balance their left side pin action. She gets off the floor well and can bring good heat. Additionally, she can step in and provide good support with her ball control in serve receive. The Turpin product has good DI college potential and she recently helped her club team qualify for the open division at the upcoming GJNC.

#32 [player_tooltip player_id="114468" first="Jessica" last="Wilson"]
At 5’10, Wilson has good lift and elevation off the floor that is the product of good footwork and momentum in her approach pattern. She has a great arm in the air as she opens to the ball well with natural torque that allows her to hit with good range and power. She should be Lake Catholic’s primary offensive option in 2021 after a solid junior season where she averaged 3.7 kills per set.

#33 [player_tooltip player_id="114475" first="Mary" last="Jones"]
The only lefty among this group of right side hitters, Jones gets her feet to the ball well to maximize her ability to swing aggressively at the top of her jump. Being a lefty allows her to open towards the ball as it is traveling her direction, which makes it easier to move the ball around and read the defense in front of her, which she does well. Her gains from the 2020 club season to now are noticeable as she is more efficient while also increasing her range of movement off her arm. Look for her to make a bigger impact for CHCA this fall season.
