2023 State Ranked Standouts Vol 6

<p>We are venturing all around the state to explore a few players we haven’t written about yet on our State Rankings List.  These Oklahoma athletes have waited long enough to enjoy some recognition for being such great volleyball players.  These young ladies are ready to take the court by storm now that high school volleyball is back on for a full season.  They just finished their club seasons and we have some updates on how it went.  We couldn’t be happier to give them kudos for their hard work as we announce their placement on the Prep Dig State Rankings List. </p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id="145980" first="Ashlyn" last="Williams"] [2023] 5-10 Right Side/Middle (HS: Community Christian/Club: Oklahoma Charge/Verbal: Uncommitted)</strong></p> <p>Ashlyn is currently ranked as our19^thbest overall prospect in the 2023 class according to our Prep Dig State Rankings.  She is one of the offensive weapons for Community Christian High School and plays for one of the best club programs in the state in Oklahoma Charge.  I love how hard she plays the game and how she celebrates with her team after a kill. She hits the ball with a real heavy arm and scores well with it.  Her versatility is shown as she is able to play both right side and middle in the same match sometimes.  Not many can make that transition as they are two completely different skill-sets, but Miss Williams does it so smoothly.  We are excited to have her in the Oklahoma Prep Dig State Rankings. Please congratulate her on achieving the recognition of her hard work. </p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id="145981" first="Brynn" last="Roberts"] [2023] 5-9 Setter (HS: Jenks/Club: Club ONE/Verbal: Uncommitted)</strong></p> <p>Brynn is currently ranked as our 20^thbest overall prospect in the 2023 class according to our Prep Dig State Rankings.  She plays for Jenks High School and also club volleyball for the Club ONE program. She has great size and utilizes it well in every position she plays.  We love how versatile she is as she is able to hit front row and set for any team she plays for.  She contacts the ball high and uses a very quick release to push the ball to her hitters with ease.  She jump sets her middles and is able to set every location on the middle route tree accurately.  She is a very athletic and skilled scorer while setting from the front row as she loves to go over on two with power.  Brynn is a very active defender and can really help a team in many aspects. We are proud to have her in the Rankings and look forward to covering her.  Please help us congratulate her on being one of the top players in the State of Oklahoma.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id="145982" first="Audrey" last="Bird"] [2023] 5-11 Middle (HS: Santa Fe/Club: Oklahoma Peak Performance/Verbal: Uncommitted)</strong></p> <p>Audrey is currently ranked as our 21^stbest overall prospect in the 2023 class according to our Prep Dig State Rankings.  She plays for Edmond Santa Fe High School and also club for Oklahoma Peak Performance. She drives her feet extremely hard toward her setter during her approach.  It is refreshing to see a young middle operate that way as it will help her stay potent offensively.  Her long arms make her a threat on both ends of the game.  She has a super strong upper body and we love how she uses it to score for her teams.  Miss Bird has every chance to move up the rankings with her amazing offensive skill-set. Out of the middle she can hit toward both zones with power and that makes it very difficult for any opposing middle to stop her.  We are excited to have her in our Prep Dig Family and look forward to watching her junior season.  Please help us congratulate her on the honor she just earned.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>Stay tuned for more articles on your favorite athletes.  If you have anyone you think we should watch out for, please shoot me an email with some info on them at nov8vb@yahoo.com.  Also don’t forget to help these kids get more exposure by sharing our stories with your friends.  Help us help them by simply retweeting on Twitter or sharing on Facebook.  Thanks for following Oklahoma Family!</p>
