One Kentucky’s top prospects from the 2023 class Nolan is long, athletic, and has a high ceiling in her skill set. She has good versatility to terminate from any location on the floor as a pin or through quick options in the middle. At 6’3, she has good ball control skills that allow her to contribute as a six rotation athlete. When in system and on tempo she is tough to defend.

[player_tooltip player_id="141697" first="Ava" last="Siefke"] - 6’1 | OH | Commitment: Eastern Michigan
Siefke has good tools as a pin attacker and adds good depth to the high quality ball control this team has throughout their roster. She has the ability to terminate with good range while also defending well at the net with her length and blocking mechanics. She teams with Nolan to add a long and effective outside hitter tandem.

Calah Jackson - 6’2 | MB | Commitment: Christian Brothers
Jackson, a recent commit to CBU, is effective on both sides of the ball. She can get on the ball with a big arm in front and behind the setter and with good range to get to the pin to score off one foot. She has good depth of skills as she is effective from the service line and, if needed, can pass and swing on the pins as well.

[player_tooltip player_id="68147" first="Maya" last="Hunt"] - 5’10 | S | Uncommitted
Hunt is a key catalyst for this group as the primary setter. She has a terrific volleyball background and great knowledge of the game that benefit her well as a distributor and floor leader. She has ability to set the full range of the court, the strength to go from pin to pin, and is savvy in her ability to make things happen through good instincts and creativity in her decision making.

[player_tooltip player_id="141698" first="Courtney" last="Stava"] - 5’11 | MB | Uncommitted
Part of this team’s primary middle hitter duo, Stava carriers forward good competitive as she played a key role in the success that Centerville experienced in winning the GWOC this past fall. As she is effective off one foot overhead of the setter, she continues to develop her offensive range in other locations. Defensively is where she shined most for the Elks as she was a team leader at the net averaging 2.4 blocks per match.

[player_tooltip player_id="68144" first="Chloe" last="Fortner"] - 5’5 | DS/L | Uncommitted
Fortner represents one part of the dynamic and skilled ball control trio that this team relies a lot upon to stay very competitive. She has good feel for the game and utilizes her quickness well to make big plays throughout the flow of points. She has skills to contribute as libero and in the serve and pass phase of the game that should help create a lot of in-system opportunities for their offense. She averaged five digs per set for Cooper this past fall.

[player_tooltip player_id="157454" first="Kayla" last="Hostetler"] - 5’7 | DS/L | Uncommitted
This team’s primary libero a season ago, Hostetler has great tools in the back row. She continues to improve her vision and patience that allow her to utilize her first-step with greater efficiency. She sees the game well and shows good reaction time and angle production to dig the ball with good accuracy. She also competes for one of Kentucky’s top high school programs at NDA where she averaged 6.8 digs per match and was among team leaders with 61 total service aces.

Ava Jacobs - 5’7 | DS/OH | Uncommitted
Jacobs has good versatility to her game and will continue to make big contributions in the serve receive and defensive areas of the game. She is the third component of this ball control trio that has good read and reaction capabilities to make things happen to start their offense. She also will be counted upon to add some depth as an attacker as she has good arm control to make plays as a hitter if needed.

[player_tooltip player_id="157453" first="Peyton" last="Mast"] - 6’0 | RS | Uncommitted
Mast had a big season for NDA, one of Kentucky’s top high school teams. She scored 298 kills on the season, averaging 2.7 terminations per set while hitting .260. At 6’0 and left-handed, she brings a dimension to the team that will allow for a variety of offensive options from the right side of the court.
