The energy that Hamburg brings to NKYVC’s top U16 team is infectious. Her presence in the middle is already showing big improvement as evidenced throughout this squads Open-level gold medal run in Indy. She moves well laterally between the pins on the defensive side and is showing early on her increased effecitivenes with her arm when she gets her opportunities to swing.</p>
<p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id="171982" first="Amanda" last="Ngo"]</strong> - TVC | 2023<br />
At 6’1, Ngo has good athleticism and at times showed the ability to contribute well on both sides of the ball. She can get up quickly at the net to put pressure on hitters while also using that quickness and good lift to create opportunities for herself offensively. She is able to terminate at times with good pace off her arm and if she can increase her productivity she will help elevate this squad’s success.</p>
<p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id="152345" first="Lucy" last="Perkins"]</strong> - NKYVC | 2025<br />
NKYVC’s top U15 team has solid individual talent and is showing big potential this early season. Once they put all the pieces in place they will be consistently dangerous. Perkins is one of their athletes that has versatility to play middle or on the right pin. She has really good upside that could become a key additional component offensively to complement some of the big arm power they possess on the left pin. Keep an eye on her progress. She helped her team to a 13th place overall in Indy.</p>
<p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id="114559" first="Katie" last="Wilking"]</strong> - Tri-State | 2023<br />
Wilking has improved the quality of her game in the middle on both sides of the ball. Over the course of the recent high school season with a very good MND team, she further developed into a reliable offensive threat, especially off one foot overhead of the setter, where she has good footwork and can create good power. She can also fill up space well above the net defensively when blocking.</p>
