2023 Top Prospects to Watch at BITV

<p>The class of 2023 has some very high-level talent. Some have started committing while others are still on their recruiting journey. Either way, there is some great volleyball being played at this age level. Her athleticism alone has a huge impact on the game. She is consistent, smart, and yet still finds ways to be aggressive. She has a great serve and has an explosive approach. She moves the ball around quickly and efficiently. She also has great hustle on the court and can make great plays out of tough passes. She is consistent and feeds her hitters great balls.</p> <h3>[player_tooltip player_id="91903" first="Eva" last="Johnson"] – FC Elite 17 White – Middle Hitter</h3> <p>Eva has really smart shots. She sees the opposing court well and uses that to her advantage. She also puts up a solid block which adds a lot of value defensively for her team. She is incredibly dynamic on the court and can do just about anything her team needs from her. Her defense is incredibly strong, and she reads opposing hitters quickly and correctly. She also has a nice vertical and powerful swing that makes her great in all six rotations. She can push the ball pin to pin and is not afraid to take risks on the court. She is defensively strong and has an aggressive and precise serve. Alivia runs the offense efficiently, puts great tempo on balls, and is an awesome communicator and leader on her team.</p> <h3>[player_tooltip player_id="149605" first="Ella" last="Rosner"] – Impact 17 National – Libero</h3> <p>Ella has impressed out of the back row. She is strong and confident on serve receive while being gritty on defense. She protects the backcourt very well and doesn’t let anything drop without a fight. She does well under pressure and executes in even the toughest moments. She can consistently earn kills using her power, shots, tips, and tooling the block. She can swing well on either pin and is impactful on defense as well as offense. She has great fundamentals and an explosive approach. Lauren executes well in transition and has a lot of power on the ball.</p>
