The next level is wide open for Lillian as she can hit from either pin or could run a 5-1 and be a shutdown blocker on the right pin. Look for this player to make huge strides in the next two years.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id="168908" first="Enzley" last="Dinkins"] - 5'8" – 2024 - Middle/Setter - South Iron</strong></p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Dinkins gives the Class 1 fourth-place finisher another solid offensive option in the middle and helps run the offense in the 6-2. The kid is a multiple sport athlete for the Panthers as she's a talented basketball player. Dinkins will provide more offensive power and try to get the Panthers back into the state playoffs.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id="124854" first="Katie" last="Moore"] - 5'2" – 2024 - Libero - Windsor</strong></p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>You can tell when players understand their role and embrace it. Moore is one of those players. She led her team in digs last year as a sophomore and will do the same again this year. Aggressively pursues the freeballs and takes control of the defense to allow her offense to focus on scoring points.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id="213916" first="Sydney" last="Woods"] - 5'2" – 2024 - Libero – Lesterville</strong></p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>I've watched Woods play several times this summer, and she keeps improving with each match played at the libero position. She played more confidently this tournament and read the ball better. The next step would be to command the back row and lead the defense.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id="213927" first="Elle" last="Buscher"] - 5'10" – 2024 – Middle - Lutheran South</strong></p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Elle finished third in kills and second in blocks last year for the Lancers. This year I can see her offensive production increase with her aggressiveness at the net. She provides the Lancers with a solid middle that gets to the pins quickly to close the block. Offensively her transition off the net to an attacker is quick and powerful.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph -->
