The 2025 Watch List is an impressive collection in its own right, many that have made a big impact on the prep scene as sophomores.

Here's a look at the Watch List talents in N-P.

[player_tooltip player_id='223048' first='Avery' last='Nance'], DS/L St. Francis/FaR Out

Nance plays with a lot of calm confidence in the back row. She's crisp in her passing and serve receive and is able to get to most attacks. She's shown the ability to accurately feed the setter even when she's having to sprawl for a dig. Her serve is solid as well, always providing a nice boost for her team.

[player_tooltip player_id='288962' first='Kathleen' last='Nelson'], S/OH Lakeland/Legacy

Nelson has been able to contribute in a variety of ways to Legacy this club season. She's a setter, outside hitter and defensive specialist. Her versatility makes her a great asset to any team, as she's very composed no matter where she plays. Nelson lets the play come to her and takes everything in stride. She's got a high court IQ and looks fundamentally sound at each position.

[player_tooltip player_id='156346' first='Ava' last='Oleski'], OH Croswell-Lexington/Team 27

[player_tooltip player_id='156346' first='Ava' last='Oleski']

Oleski shows quick feet on the court with an explosive first step. That allows her to transition from passer to attacker very quickly. Oleski is able to bring the ball down at sharp angles with good velocity. She looks very comfortable defensively and already brings an aggressive offensive game to the court. She's developing into a reliable six-rotation talent.

[player_tooltip player_id='288963' first='Marley' last='Onken'], DS/L Portage Northern/Dead Frog

Onken can also play an outside hitter role, but her defensive ability is what stands out most. Onken has good reaction time and is really strong in her defensive support at the net. She knows where to be and is able to transition quickly to getting back to her spot in the back row to be ready to make a dig. Onken also has a solid serve brings good velocity.

[player_tooltip player_id='156320' first='Kaitlyn' last='Pallozzi'], MB Mercy

Pallozzi can also shift to the outside if needed, but she has really showed a lot of promise as a middle. She has really strong blocking instincts. She has the timing to come through with a lot of stuffs and finish points with her blocking. Offensively, Pallozzi shows quickness and footwork to finish at a high rate. She is able to deliver a lot of power with a short swing.

[player_tooltip player_id='236712' first='Chelsea' last='Pearce'], DS/L Mattawan/USA Michigan

Pearce is a multi-sport talent and her athleticism shows on the volleyball court. She has the quickness and reaction time to get to a lot of opposing attacks. She also plays with a determination and competitive fire that is hard to match. Pearce will throw her body around to make a play and seems to get stronger as the match goes on.
