Class of 2025 State Ranking New Additions Vol 3

<!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>The 2025 State Rankings 1^st release is here!!!&nbsp; We have been watching the 2025 class very closely throughout the entire high school and new club season. &nbsp;A lot of the analysis has come from watching these players in person and also by watching the amazing footage that has been uploaded to everyone's recruiting profiles.&nbsp; We have been talking to a lot of coaches across the country and this class is littered with college prospects.&nbsp; The following players showed us all that they deserved to be added to the rankings due to their individual performances.&nbsp;</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='366679' first='Maya' last='Evens'] [2025] 5-6 Libero (HS: Cathedral Catholic/Club: Wave/Verbal:  Uncommitted)</strong></p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:image {"align":"right","id":348394,"width":131,"height":121,"sizeSlug":"large","linkDestination":"none"} --> <figure class="wp-block-image alignright size-large is-resized"><img src="https://prepdig.com/wp-content/uploads/sites/5/2023/03/Maya-Evens-e1679174249443.jpg?w=1024" alt="" class="wp-image-348394" width="131" height="121" /></figure> <!-- /wp:image --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Please officially welcome Miss Evens to the State Rankings.&nbsp; Maya is currently ranked as the 7^th best overall prospect and top libero in the Prep Dig California State Rankings for the class of 2025.&nbsp; She plays at Cathedral Catholic High School and club for the nationally recognized Wave volleyball program. &nbsp;There are some legit ball control specialists in this wonderful state and they all have some amazing skills.&nbsp; When it came to ranking them, one name kept coming up to the top of the list and that was [player_tooltip player_id='366679' first='Maya' last='Evens'].&nbsp; There is a reason she is playing up an age group at a national powerhouse in the Open Level.&nbsp; I have had the opportunity to watch her perform against other open level competition at a few national tournaments this season and she has done an amazing job at selling herself.&nbsp; As a libero, her squad relies on her to keep the first ball contact in system and she does a fantastic job at it.&nbsp; I love how the ball rebounds off of her platform so smoothly.&nbsp; She is always balanced both during movement and during contact of the ball.&nbsp; Every young libero should be watching how competitive she is on the court.&nbsp; She is the type of player you would want with you if your team was going to war.&nbsp; She will battle all day long because you can tell that she just loves the game.&nbsp; If they did,&nbsp; they would learn so much.&nbsp; Please help us congratulate her on earning the top libero spot in our State Rankings.&nbsp;</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='366834' first='Keila' last='Gabriel']&nbsp;[2025] 6-3 Right Side (HS: Del Norte/Club: Wave/Verbal: Uncommitted)</strong></p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Please welcome Keila to the prestigious State Rankings.&nbsp; Miss Gabriel is currently ranked as the 8^th best overall prospect and the best right side in the 2025 Class according to our Prep Dig California State Rankings. &nbsp;She plays for Del Norte High School and also for the Wave volleyball club. &nbsp;This lengthy lefty has a cannon for a left arm and knows how to use it.&nbsp; She takes a very picturesque approach that should be appreciated by all.&nbsp; Her athleticism is out of this world and she should be scooped up by a school soon.&nbsp; If I were you, I would write her name down and add her into my short list of players to watch now.&nbsp; As a blocker, her long arms penetrate the net very well to seal it away from opposing attackers.&nbsp; She can swing block or use traditional footwork to set the pin block.&nbsp; I like how she also tracks the ball and comes inside early to slow down the position set from opposing left sides and middles who come into the zone.&nbsp; She is the type of attacker who can score well by cutting a sharp angle around the block.&nbsp; Any team would love such a point scoring threat to take the pressure off of their left side attackers. &nbsp;A player like Keila allows the setter to spread the offense out and keep the opposing blockers moving laterally to tire them out.&nbsp; Please help us congratulate Miss Gabriel on earning the top right side spot in our State Rankings.&nbsp;</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='366678' first='Isabella' last='Ehrlich'] [2025] 6-2 Middle (HS: Carondelet/Club: Absolute/Verbal: Uncommitted)</strong></p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Please welcome Miss Ehrlich officially to the State Rankings.&nbsp; Isabella is currently ranked as the 9^th best overall prospect and 2^nd best middle in the 2025 Class according to our Prep Dig California State Rankings.&nbsp; She plays for Carondelet High School and also for the Absolute volleyball club out of the Northern California region.&nbsp; There are some great middles in this grad class and not many play more physical than Miss Ehrlich.&nbsp; She covers a lot of ground fast laterally along the net due to those long legs of hers.&nbsp; She pushes off of her outside foot really well to create momentum during that lateral movement to close the block.&nbsp; Bella is a stand out in the position and can score kills in a hurry to fill up the stat book.&nbsp; The main reason we are very high on her is because she is a true shut down blocker who excels at the highest level possible.&nbsp; She first uses great court vision which allows her to watch the path of the ball and the setter's posture to determine where to close the block.&nbsp; Then she presses extremely well along the net and either stuffs the opponent or forces them to hit around her right to her defenders who are playing behind her.&nbsp;
